Mary Frances Baskins 1949-2020 Mary Frances Baskins, 71, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Monday, November 23, 2020. She was born July 11, 1949 in Elwood, Kansas to Oren and Frances (McCallen) Baskins. Mary enjoyed gardening and doing puzzles. She loved her dogs, Rainy and Midnight. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Freddie Lee Milton. Survivors include her children, Alex Baskins, David Baskins, extended family and friends. The family will gather with friends 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, Simplify Cremations & Funerals. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the funeral home to defray funeral costs.
