      Dr. Glen W. Wolfrom, 72, St. Joseph, Missouri, met his Savior face to face on Tuesday, July 9, 2019.

      He was born April 8, 1947 in Freeport, Illinois.

      Glen married Rebecca McNeilly August 16, 1969. She survives of the home.

      He received B.S. from Western Illinois University, M.S. from Southern Illinois University and his Ph.D. from University of Missouri in Animal Husbandry/Ruminant Nutrition (minor in Statistics).  Glen served 36 years on the Board of Directors of the Creation Research Society; 33 of those years were as the Membership Secretary, and also served as the editor/designer of the Creation Matters newsletter for 23 years.  He was the co-founder and president of the Missouri Association for Creation in the 1970's.  Glen held 3 patents and had memberships in a number of professional associations, including American Society of Animal Science.  He had many professional accomplishments including 22 presentations at scientific meetings and numerous professional publications in collaboration with a number of colleagues.  Glen retired as principal scientist from Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc.

      He enjoyed fishing, KC Chiefs and the KC Royals, but most importantly he cherished his family.

      He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Wilma (Trost) Wolfrom; brother, Dean Wolfrom and sister Connie Wolfrom.

      Additional survivors include daughters Cynthia Kay Blandon (Darwin) and Katie Jo Brown (Tim); grandchildren Alex, Wesley and Melanie Blandon, Hannah and Nathaniel Brown.

     Services 11:00 A.M. Saturday, Frederick Boulevard Baptist Church. Private Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior at the church.
